If you are contacting us about a specific order, please include your order number in your email. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for any merchandise. However, in the event a product is damaged in transit, we will EXCHANGE it for a new item under the following conditions:
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective merchandise back to Revtone.
  • The damage must have occurred in transit before delivery.
  • The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code directly from Revtone Customer Service no later than 7 days after delivery and prior to returning the merchandise.
WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE.
